What's the difference between "1 of 1" and "Prints"?

1 of 1 pieces are upcycled: a single second-hand garment, hand-painted and reworked by Diana. There's exactly one, in one size — when it sells, it's gone.

Prints are print-on-demand: original artwork on fresh tees and hoodies, in standard sizes, made to order.

How long does shipping take?

Everything is made to order, so allow a little time before it ships:

• 1 of 1 / custom: dispatched from the Netherlands, usually within a few business days.
• Prints: printed and shipped by our production partner, typically 2–7 business days to dispatch.

Delivery on top of that is roughly 1–3 days in NL, 3–7 days in the EU, and 1–3 weeks for the rest of the world. Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Which payment methods can I use?

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe: cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, and SEPA.

Can I return an item?

Within the EU you have 14 days to change your mind on ready-made items. Custom pieces and made-to-order upcycled items are excluded, since they're made specifically for you. See the Returns page for the full policy.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — worldwide, from the Netherlands. Any import duties outside the EU are the buyer's responsibility.

How do custom orders work?

Tell me what you have in mind on the custom order page. I reply within 48 hours with a price and a plan; once you approve, you pay via a secure Stripe invoice and I get to work.

How should I care for my piece?

Wash cold and inside out, don't tumble dry hot, and skip the iron over the print or paint. Hand-painted 1-of-1 pieces especially prefer gentle, cold washing.
