Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every purchase made through this webshop. The seller is the business identified in the site footer (trade name, KvK and BTW number), based in the Netherlands.

Products

We sell print-on-demand garments, one-of-a-kind upcycled pieces, and made-to-order custom items. Product images are illustrative; handmade and upcycled items are unique and may vary slightly.

Prices & payment

All prices are in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe (cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA, and wallets). Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described on the Shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal, with the exception of custom-made and personalised items. See the Returns & refunds page for the full policy.

Conformity & warranty

Items must conform to the contract. If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Dutch and EU consumer law.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order, except where the law provides otherwise (for example in cases of intent or gross negligence).

Complaints

Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms.
