Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the EU you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, contact us within that period and return the item.

Exception: custom-made & personalised items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised — this includes custom orders and made-to-order upcycled pieces. These are non-refundable once production has started.

Condition

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the purchase price (and original standard shipping, where the law requires) to your original payment method, normally within 14 days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us — you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under EU consumer law.
